Health Relationships
When you are with family and friends, do you think and do more of what you want and what makes you happy, or do you try to please others? In healthy and good relationships, there has to be a balance! Leviticus 19:18. "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." If you are one who always pleases others, you need to have balance and love yourself too!
Thankfulness
A thankful heart is a happy heart! For what are you thankful??? No matter what is going on, there is always a lot for which to be thankful if you look! Philippians 4:8. "Continue to think about the things that are good and worthy of praise."
