How Bad Can Self-Righteousness Be?
Self righteousness doesn't seem so bad next to other sins. It is! It shows great contempt and scorn for God, saying “I don't need You, Your forgiveness or Your sacrifice”.

God’s Desire For Us
God loves to & does give His followers good gifts! However, He's more concerned with building long term character than short term happiness! Jas 1:2-4
